Yikes. I've heard of burnt toilet paper at Taco Bell (ba-dum-bum), but not at a pizza place.

That's too bad. I've been to Remo's at least 25 times and nearly every single time they have delivered. Yes, they do have good pizza, a very good white clam, but I found that their Italian entrees are just as good, if not better. The food is ALWAYS served hot.
Last Saturday, I had their special, (they have true specials) pork osso bucco. My god. The quality of food they deliver for the low price is pretty remarkable. Also, the dessert menu, while standard, contains some of the highest quality tasting sweets I've had. Choc Mousse, and canoli.

I agree 100%. I've never had a bad or even less-than-amazing meal at Remo's. Their Napoletana pizza is out of this world!
I guess the Toilet Paper Arsonist has either a grudge or a psychological problem.
