Hello loyal readers,
I won't bore you with the details, but I just had arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder, so I'll have to take a brief hiatus from blogging so I can regain my NFL-caliber strength and flexibility. The Buffalo Bills keep calling me, and who can say no to playing half your season in sub-zero temperatures?

I'm sorry to read it. I am in much of the same predicament myself. I am a dry-docked swimmer because of extreme shoulder pain. If you dig your orthopedic surgeon, I'd greatly appreciate a referral. I hope your shoulder will be well enough to hoist a beer at the next blog n grog (I won't be there, unfortunately).
