i DON'T THINK Tarzia will never run, he enjoys complaining to much. The One I wanted to run, didn't last time. Of course I can't remember his name at this time

The Health Director is out more than in. His contact comes to an end this year and a new appointment will leave him there 5 more years. Does Malloy have the balls to get rid of him? A good example: he was out of town for the last potential emergency… again! He seems to run away everytime there is something important going on.
